Refund Policy
Deposits refundable within 2 days of purchase. Store credit in the amount of original purchase after two day period except on special custom or furniture orders -- No Refunds or store credit. No cash refunds. All refunds for cash purchases will be processed at our corporate headquarters and must be picked up at the main store.
Credit card customers will receive a credit on the same account the original purchase was placed. Refund process takes approx. ten days.
No refund request will be considered without customers receipt. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
No refunds will be given for opened merchandise or merchandise not returned within 24 hours. Items will be considered for exchange only.
